Dye Springs
We are one of the few manufacturers and
suppliers of Dye-Spring in the world. The Dye-Spring manufactured by us are
qualitatively superior and highly reliable. Made of high quality corrosion
free stainless steel wire in AISI 304 and AISI 316 grade. Laced with
sophisticated technology, we are capable of manufacturing ½ million
Dye-Springs per year and meet the immediate requirement of our customer in
shortest possible lead time.
We also manufacture conical Dye-Spring for high speed autoconers and
radially compressible springs for high shrinkage yarns like nylon and
acrylic.

- Yarn packages on dye springs are pressed together to make a rigid
column, thus equalizing the density variation of different packages
facilitating uniform dyeing.
- The pressing of dye spring packages increases the loading capacity of
machines by 25 to 30%, resulting in higher production.
- It causes equivalent savings in chemicals, water, heat energy and
power consumption per kg of yarn dyed.
- The spring design optimizes the flow of dye uniformly all over the
yarn package leading to excellent dyeing results.
- Dye springs are durable and are more economical than plastic tubes.

HTHP Vertical Dyeing Machines
We specialize in manufacturing the
complete range of yarn dyeing machine like vertical dyeing machines, textile
dyeing machines of varying capacities up-to 1000 Kgs per batch. These
textile dyeing machines can be used for dyeing all kind of textile materials
including cotton, polyster, wool, acrylic, nylon, viscose and more. Based on
technical know-how, our machines are economical to use and provide
consistent liquid circulation and dye exhaustion. The most important feature
of the machine is high capacity circulation pump of low noise, which is
directly coupled to the motor and special reversing device fitted below the
dyeing vessel for flow reversal. This avoids peak power absorption due to
frequent motor restarting, eliminates water hammering effects on yarn
packages, saves energy, minimizes breakdowns and gives optimum dyeing
results.
Application
: Used for pretreatment dyeing and after treatment of packages, bobbins,
beams, loose fibre, hank yarn, muffs, tops and more.
Salient Features of Tex Fab make HTHP Vertical Dyeing machines :
- Our vertical dyeing machineries are capable of processing textile
materials in any form with appropriate carriers and variable loading
facility at almost constant liquor ratio.
- These yarn dyeing machines are available in either airpad or fully
flooded version with fully automatic or semiautomatic mode of control,
by microprocessor based specially developed PLC with live Mimic.
- The machines are designed for short liquor dyeing process with
airpad, at a liquor ratio of 1:3.5 to 1:6.
HTHP Horizontal Tabular Dyeing Machines
We have designed and developed economical
and eco-friendly horizontal, tabular type HTTP yarn dyeing machine of
capacity from 20 kgs up-to 240 Kgs/batch. These yarn dyeing machinery work
on very low liquor ratio from 1:3 to 1:5 depending on the nature of yarn and
loading factor. Low liquor ratio results in proportionately large savings of
water, heat energy, chemicals and effluent treatment cost besides savings in
capital cost of water softening plant, boiler and effluent treatment plant.
Application
:Machine is suitable for dyeing all types yarn in package form. It is
also suitable for dyeing zipper tapes, small width fabrics and warp beams.
Salient Features of Tex Fab make HTHP Horizontal tabular dyeing machine
:
- Costs less than vertical dyeing machines for small capacities.
- Ceiling height required for machinery is not more than 3 meters.
Hence, installation cost is low and machine can be easily installed on
mezzanine or higher floors also.
- The machine operation does not require overhead hoist or working
platform.
Advantage :
- Variable loading possible from 50 % upwards of the rated capacity
with almost constant liquor ratio without using any dummies.
- Heat exchanger is coil type, directly fitted inside the color
addition tank resulting in most efficient and fast heat transfer.
- The tubes are fully flooded but still works on air pad dyeing system.
Thus saving cooling water, heat energy and electrical energy.
- Opening/closing and locking/unlocking of all tube lids is done
simultaneously and automatically by electro-pneumatic devices.
- Design ensures complete drain of liquor from the machine every time.
Thus, preventing accumulation of dye deposits inside the machine and
contamination.
- Machines are available in semi-auto or fully-auto mode of operation.
The operations automated include fill, circulation, color / chemical
dosing, drain & uninterrupted sequence of operations, besides
controlled heating & cooling.
- Specially developed dedicated PLC with microprocessor, live mimic
and liquid crystal display (LCD) to indicate all process parameters, for
better control and easy operation
- Many optional features are offered to suit the varying requirement of
the customers like pressure extraction of water, thermoflush, ph
monitoring, variable frequency drive and more.
HTHP Pilot Dyeing Machines
We manufacture superior quality of yarn
dyeing machine and textile yarn dyeing machinery like pilot dyeing machines
that are capable of dyeing all kind of yarn up-to 5 kgs/batch. Made of
stainless steel, these machines have robust structure, long service life
with high operational efficiency. Our pilot dyeing machines have
programmable logic controllers providing total control over the process for
desired output. Our range of dyeing machines are available with external
control panel and pressure gause housed in stainless steel cabinet. We also
have expertise in custom designing of the machineries to meet the varying
demands of our esteemed customers.

Features :
- The pot made of S.S 316 of I.D. 215 mm & quick locking lid, with
perforated spindle for 1-5 packages on dyesprings or perforated tubes of
length 170 mm.
- A circulation pump coupled to a 2/3 HP motor for 2 way circulation of
liquor.
- A color/chemical injection system.
- Electrical/Steam or thermik fluid heating system.
- Provision for air injection for airpad dyeing system.
- Fill and drain valves of electro pneumatic type and manual valves for
color injection, overflow and rinsing.
- A frame with table top and panels on 3 sides completely made of SS
for mounting the dyeing pot, pump and the control panel.
HTHP Beaker Dyeing Machine
High in efficiency, our glycerine bath
beaker dyeing machines are available with 12 beakers of 250 CC capacity or 6
beakers of 500 CC. These beakers are perfectly sealed with pressure tight
caps having teflon gaskets. Highly robust in structure, the tank of the
machines are fabricated of stainless steel - 14 swg sheets and have a cradle
to hold 12 beakers inside the tank suspended on a center shaft driven by
0.5HP/32 rpm motor. All the beakers of the machines are made of stainless
steel bars and have no welds or joint. The use of stainless steel bars to
fabricate beakers ensure long life and leak proof service even after many
years of use.
Application
:
Used for sampling and shade matching of yarn and fabrics.

- All the beakers (250CC) are made from solid SS bars.
- Available with 3 electrical heaters of capacity 2 Kw or Steam/Thermik
fluid heating system
- A cooling coil inside the SS tank to cool the glycerine bath.
